HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ROOT CHAKRA IS OUT OF BALANCE?
Are you struggling with your finances? Perhaps you feel lethargic and unmotivated. Maybe envy or anger is creeping up in your relationships? If you suffer from depression, anxiety disorders, nightmares or financial issues, it may be stemming from imbalanced ROOT Chakra energy.

HOW DO I USE THE POOJA CLEANSE® FOR MY ROOT CHAKRA?
The POOJA CLEANSE® is a time for deep self reflection and is a multilayered experience. To prepare (Day 0), create a sacred space for yourself by drawing a warm bath and dropping your first ROOT Chakra Bath Bomb for a relaxing, nourishing, grounding ritual to soothe and relax your mind, body and senses. Take this time to set your intention for the coming week. On Days 1-7, you’ll begin incorporating various rituals and practices (which will include your Body Bar and ROOT Chakra crystals) to establish a healthy foundation for a peaceful, grounded life. Set time daily to capture your thoughts and feelings in a journal. Allow space for meditation and contemplation. At the end of Day 7, you'll wrap your weeklong journey with a bath using your second ROOT Chakra Bath Bomb. This is the perfect time to reflect on your journey and any transformations you may have experienced.
Root Chakra Aromatherapy
Vetiver
Extracted from the vetiver plant, this green grass grows native to India delivering relief from inflammation in both the circulatory and nervous system, promoting relaxation, balance and peace of mind.
Patchouli
Patchouli is a herb from the mint family used as far back as the Pharaohs of Egypt. Patchouli oil can provide feelings or relaxation helping to ease stress or anxiety. This oil has been shown to help soothe inflammation and/or irritations and can bolster your immune system to help with colds, headaches or upset stomach.
Root Chakra Balancing
Begin by being completely open and honest with yourself.
That’s where it starts. If you want to manifest anything in this world it all starts with your Root Chakra and its important to clear any blocked energy. For example, if you are experiencing control issues with things like food or over react in certain situations or routinely notice being fearful or angry or stressed about the things that have happened or is happening in your life, its because your root chakra energy is blocked up and not operating as it should perhaps because of years of chronic overactive negative impact.
The key is to familiarize yourself with the signs and symptoms
Once you recognize what is amiss, the next step is learning about pooja practice to begin the journey and restore balance to your root chakra and its full potential, improving your overall well-being. So be honest with yourself, pay attention and observe when you are angry or stressed, ask your body where it's coming from, breathe deeply and focus on that area. Journal any thoughts or images that come to you. And when you are ready to be kind to yourself, draw a warm bath and use Pooja’s Root Chakra Bath Bomb to help release it.
Root Pooja Practice
Once in your warm bath, release the chakra bomb in your left hand and close your eyes. Breathe deeply inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Bring your awareness below your tailbone, visualizing a red glow around you. Let go of any stress or negativity into the earth and chant the sacred Mantra ‘LAM’ for 1-2 minutes. When ready, open your eyes and feel the earth's energy rising up from beneath as you are enveloped in the seed color of this chakra. Repeat aloud this powerful affirmation with eyes open or closed: “I love my body; it is my temple and I care for it”. May this practice help to cleanse and restore balance, bringing healing and overall well-being to you. Rest and be at peace.
